Dr. Niu joined Guan laboratory (while at The Ohio State University) as a PhD student in 2015. She earned her PhD in 2018. She then became a postdoctoral research associate in the Guan laboratory at the Washington University in St. Louis (2019.01-2022.11).
Dr. Niu’s research interests are stimuli-responsive materials, stem cell transplantation for tissue regeneration, and biomaterials-driven immunomodulation.
